Note - removal of license requirements for EN-Track software

Up to EN-Track Version 6.30 , it was necessary to apply for a (new) license code (annually).

As of March 2019, we provide een updated version of the EN-Track program, version 6.31,  that contains NO license requirements what so ever.
Also, this version can be installed on as many workstations as needed.
