Wen you have performed a number of exercises, it's possible to quickly carry out a new test. To do so, use the exercise indication screen, sheet "Training". Go to the button " create intake cart".
All exercise are now shown as a test. The system uses the last performed test, so that the client/patient can easily determine his/her new 1 RM.
